        Advance Alarm Associates was founded in 2013. Our technicians and management staff have combined over 35 years of experience in the security industry.  What makes us so unique is the fact that in those 35 years we have learned the nuances of running a "client friendly" organization.  We believe that our clients should be treated like family.  Through all of our years we have worked for or with many of the major national companies in the country and came to realize what they are missing is the personal touch that we can offer our customers.  Companies that push their low priced or free alarm systems don't take into effect the fact that everyones needs are different, and along with those low priced promises comes tons of red tape and fine print there to keep you locked in with a company that doesn't know your name only sees you as another account in their system. Letter From The President:

In my 38 years in the Security systems field I have been involved with sales, management, training,  installation and service.  I have been employed by Independent firms as well as large Corporations. Due to my vast array of different companies that I have worked for or with, I learned the in's and out's of how to run a successful security company.  I also was able to learn from the mistakes of all these companies what NOT TO DO  when running a security company in this industry.  I've experience the feedback of thousands of clients as to what went wrong and how to do it better. I used the feedback, opinions and criticism from customers and used it to start my own company with my own vision fueled by the ideas and needs of the CUSTOMER.   Knowing that what and how we do things is based on what customers have stated that they want and need, what better way is there to offer first class service then that?
